The raw material
Cake base:
160g Marie biscuit
80g melted butter
Method:
Mixed all the materials,tightly press on 8 inch baking tray.
Cheese cake:
575g cream cheese
120g sugar
3 egg yolks
120g milk
30g cornstarch
Steps:
1. Cream cheese and sugar (80g) stirred until soft smooth.
2. Add in the egg yolks and stir until average. Add in milk and cornstarch, stir until average.
3. Stir the egg white until soft peak,add in the remained sugar (40g). Continue stir until soft peak. Add in the cheese and stir averagely. Pour into baking tray.
4. Bake in 170°C about 40-45 minutes,let cool and put into refrigerator.
Notes: 120g milk can be replaced by 120g sour cream if preferred to be sour taste.
After done I just realised that I should blend the Marie biscuit by using blender. It will give nicer outcome. Next time gonna have a try on this.
