Oat Milk Shake






Ingredients
1 cup fresh milk (250 ml)
3 tablespoons yogurt (50 ml)
½ cup (50 g) Quaker Oats Instant Oatmeal
1 tsp. olive oil
1 medium ripe banana, sliced
1 tsp. honey


Directions
  1.  Blend milk and oats in a blender till smooth.
  2. Add in yogurt and blend on low speed until well mixed.
  3. Add honey, olive oil and sliced banana. Cover, blend until smooth 
  4. Serve in tall glasses immediately.




Smell like flour when first try, but will love on that once you try it ;)
