Ingredients:
1. Eggs 200g (I used 4 small eggs to get 200g)
2. Sugar 230g
3. Pau flour 230g (used the 'Bluekey' brand)
4. 7-up 75g
Method:
1. Use high speed to stir eggs until foaming.
2. Slowly add in the sugar and stir until sticky white condition, off the power.
3. Add in flour in 3 times seprately, stir till average.
4. Add in 7-up and stir averagely.
5. Pour into 20cm round baking (with baking paper) tray until 80% full.
6. 在面糊上洒上十字形的糖纹 (This I'm not sure how to do it and I skip this step)
7. Steam for 30 minutes.
